Key Responsibilities
- Brand & Visual Design
- Design creatives for social media, including Instagram posts, carousels, stories, and ads.
- Create visual assets for campaigns, launches, and festive collections.
- Maintain consistency with Art of Puja's brand language, colours, typography, and overall tone.
- Support the evolution of the brand's visual identity over time.
- Marketing & Performance Creatives
- Design creatives for performance ads across Meta, Google, and marketplace banners.
- Adapt and resize creatives for multiple formats and platforms.
- Work closely with the marketing team to test and iterate on creatives focused on conversion, not just aesthetics.
- Website & UI Support
- Design website sections, banners, landing pages, and visual flows.
- Collaborate on UI/UX improvements to enhance storytelling and conversion.
- Support designers and developers with required assets, layouts, and clear design intent.
- Packaging & Product Design (Exposure)
- Assist in designing packaging elements such as labels, inserts, and gift boxes.
- Support premium festive packaging concepts and unboxing experiences.
- Learn how physical product design aligns with digital branding and marketing.
- Collaboration & Iteration
- Work closely with the founder, marketing team, and content team on design requirements.
- Receive feedback positively and implement quick iterations.
- Contribute creative ideas and concepts beyond execution-level tasks.
