Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer after-sales inquiries and issues via phone with a high degree of expertise and professionalism.
• Make real-time changes in the processed design as per customer requirements on call.
• Fulfill the customer requirements related to design over the call for their orders placed on the site.
• Provide in-depth and accurate information about our products and services to customers, catering to their specific needs and concerns.
• Resolve escalated customer concerns and complaints effectively, aiming for first-contact resolution and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Ensure superior customer experience through outstanding communication and advanced problem-solving skills.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to swiftly escalate and resolve intricate issues, drawing on your extensive experience in international customer support.
Requirements:
• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Fluent in verbal and written English communication.
• Ready to work in rotational shifts.
