Job Description

Your Role

We are looking for an experienced Electrical & Instrumentation Design Engineer to support the design and execution of compressor packages and process systems. The role involves preparing E&I engineering deliverables, ensuring compliance with international standards, and supporting project execution through manufacturing, testing, and commissioning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and review P&IDs, Electrical Single Line Diagrams (SLDs), control philosophies, and engineering documentation.
  • Develop instrumentation hook-up drawings, loop diagrams, logic diagrams, I/O lists, cable schedules, and panel layouts.
  • Perform sizing and selection of instruments, cables, switchgear, control panels, motors, and related electrical components.
  • Design and review PLC-based control systems, electrical wiring diagrams, and control logic.
  • Ensure compliance with IEC, ISA, UL, API, ATEX, IECEx, and other applicable standards.
  • Participate in design reviews, HAZOP, SIL studies, FAT, SAT, and project meetings.
  • Review vendor technical offers and provide engineering recommendations.
  • Support manufacturing, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities.
  • Manage engineering deliverables, BOMs, and documentation as per project requirements.
To Suceed, You will Need
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering.
  • 3-8 years of experience in E&I Design Engineering.
  • Experience in Compressor Packages, Oil & Gas, Process Industry, EPC, Industrial Automation, or Rotating Equipment.

  • Exposure to HAZOP and SIL Studies
  • Knowledge of SAP, Enovia, or similar ERP/DMS tools
