Hot Premix Machines: Available in 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6-lane configurations to serve multiple beverages.

Bean-to-Cup Coffee Machines: Grind fresh coffee beans for authentic espresso, cappuccino, and café-style drinks.

Fresh Brew Machines: Brew fresh Indian tea and filter coffee with consistent taste.

Hot & Cold Beverage Machines: Serve both hot and cold drinks from the same unit.

Job Description:

1. Superior Business Performance (In terms of New Product Developments

• Plan and execute new product development based on input from various stakeholders and achieve planned product launch targets.
• Help achieve business goals viz. Topline, Profitability, Achieve Quarterly and Annual ANWC Turns Plan & ROCE as per ABP.
• Achieve ABP & Quarter wise Ratio of Revenue from NPI (Developed in the last 3 years) to total Revenue d. Achieve the ABP and Quarterly Ratio of Variable Contribution from NPI (Dev. in the last 3 years) to Variable Contribution in NBV.

2. Innovative Solution: New Products & Features Developments

• Plan and achieve evaluation and certification for Good and Green products and revenue through the same as per organizational goals.
• Understand said and unsaid needs of the customers and develop products for differentiated offerings
• Build products with focus on innovative features like IOT connectivity, total cost of ownership including energy efficiency and aesthetic

3. Quality & Reliability

• Secure the future of G&B by planning and executing investments as per SBP across areas like: Capacities, Brand, Digital Technologies, People capability building.
• Cost reduction without compromising on quality & reliability using alternative materials or design principles.

4. Sustainability Practices and Operational Excellence

• Ensure 100% adherence in letter and spirit to organizational processes as instituted by Corporate Functions such as Finance, P&A (including Code of Conduct), Procurement, Legal, etc.
• Identify, Plan and execute to ensure 100% closure of Reliability issues in the given timelines.

5. Organizational Imperatives

• Implement Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) strategies for critical manufacturing processes to mitigate operational risks.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and development through structured training and mentoring of subordinates.
• Ensure strict adherence to statutory and regulatory compliance, and maintain a safe and healthy working environment.
• Champion operational excellence through methodologies such as Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Kaizen, 5S, Theory of Constraints (TOC), GreenCo, and CII Business Excellence frameworks.

Essential

Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical/Electronics/Mechatronics/Instrumentation etc.),

M.Tech/M.Des., MBA, Certification in PMP, APICS etc.

12 – 15 years in machine/appliance design

Some experience in manufacturing/quality and its practices.
