Key Responsibilities:
- Designing of Mechanical services i.e. HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Fighting
- Project design, Preliminary Design report with cost estimates, design drawings, preparation of specification and bill of quantities, periodic site supervision.
- Verify contract and Design parameters for MEP works and provide value engineering inputs on the same.
- Experienced in project planning, co-ordination with multiple internal and external consultants/ vendors.
- Co-ordination and development of Design specifications, BOQ, DBR, RFQ, RFI etc.
- Verification of MEP Design details for all stages of Design.
- Initiatives in BIM, IMS and Kaizen.
- Should be well-versed with MEP design software AutoCAD, Revit etc.
- Should be well-versed with Codal requirement for MEP (NBC, IS, IEC, NFPA standards)
Qualification& Work Experience
- Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical
- Firsthand experience in designing of residential projects.
- Minimum 8 to 10 years experience in design and project co-ordination.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
