We are a global technology company and we are seeking a Design Operations Specialist to join our Global Team. This is a high-impact position for a design-forward professional who thrives on technical precision, rapid problem-solving, and independent execution in a high-stakes production environment.

You will serve as the final guardian of the customer's aesthetic vision, transforming complex, personalized concepts into flawless, production-ready assets. We are looking for a candidate with the professional maturity to manage their own workflow, the technical acumen to troubleshoot intricate design files, and the polish to communicate effectively with international stakeholders.

Core Responsibilities

  • Design Consultation & Execution: Lead the end-to-end process of finalizing premium, customizable design products. Ensure visual intent is balanced with technical feasibility and brand standards.
  • Technical Pre-Press Mastery: Perform rigorous pre-flight checks to ensure every file meets professional print standards including CMYK color profiles, resolution requirements, bleed margins, and font embedding.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Manage professional correspondence with clarity and empathy, articulating technical design limitations to customers with authority and poise.
  • Operational Excellence: Master proprietary tools and AI-integrated workflows to meet performance KPIs (CSAT and Quality Scores) while maintaining high productivity.
  • Cross-Functional Support: Provide expert insights to the broader CX team and assist with multi-channel support (chat/email) as business needs evolve.

Professional Requirements

  • Technical Proficiency: Professional-level command of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop), specifically regarding vector paths and layer management.
  • Print Production Knowledge: Solid understanding of typography (kerning, leading) and various printing methods (digital, letterpress, foil).
  • Experience: 3+ years in a customer-facing, design-centric role. Experience with enterprise CRM platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce) is preferred.
  • Communication: Exceptional English communication skills, with the ability to translate technical design concepts for non-designers.
