Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
Minimum 10 years of experience in design engineering, preferably with at least 3 years of experience in a Design Office Chief or Design Office Lead position.
Strong experience in managing, coordinating, and leading multidisciplinary design teams.
Proven experience in managing design office processes for large-scale construction, industrial plant, or EPC projects.
Advanced proficiency in design office software, including AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks, BIM software, and Microsoft Office.
Experienced in Revit-based BIM processes and proficient in using visual programming and design automation tools such as Dynamo.
Knowledge of engineering and design software such as Tekla Structures, SAP2000, ETABS, STAAD.Pro, Plant 3D, AVEVA E3D, and similar applications will be considered an advantage.
Experience in parametric design, model coordination, clash detection, BIM coordination, and digital project management processes.
Good knowledge of design standards, international engineering codes, and project specifications.
Experienced in the preparation, review, and coordination of engineering drawings, shop drawings, technical submittals, and design deliverables.
Ability to effectively coordinate and communicate with clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams.
Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Overseas project experience is preferred.
