Design Manager

Role Description

The Design Manager will oversee and manage the design team while ensuring the delivery of high-quality design projects that align with organizational goals and branding guidelines. Responsibilities include conceptualizing, planning, and executing various design projects, supervising designers, providing creative direction, and ensuring timely project delivery. The Design Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to fulfill the organization's creative needs. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dehradun.

Qualifications

• Strong visual design skills, including expertise in graphic design, layout, and branding
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Experience with design strategy, project management, and team leadership
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and creative processes
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams
• Prior experience in managing design teams or projects is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Familiarity with educational branding and the ability to create impactful designs for the education sector is a plus.
