Design Cafe is hiring Community Manager (Managing Freelance Interior Designer) for Bangalore (HSR CENTER)

Qualification :

● B.Arch or Bachelor in Interior Design

Technical / Professional

● 3+ years of hands-on experience in designing interiors (modular, residential projects)

● Hands on experience in managing a team (2+ years)

● 3+ experience in reviewing designs,team mentorship, escalation and client management

Job Description / Responsibilities :

● Manage community dynamics, and keep every freelancer aligned to the DC values, and

work processes.

● Ensure timely delivery of DP projects

● Ensure client satisfaction for all DP projects

● Match projects and leads to most suitable DP – as applicable and when necessary

● Ensure DPs are sufficiently equipped for all design projects with regular updates on latest

guidelines, projects, incentive programs etc.

● Ensure community stickiness through regular training and community sessions

● Track competition and industry trends

● Provide all necessary support to DPs to manage their projects and their clients

Any other responsibilities as may be assigned to ensure DP community health and growth

Desired profile of the candidate :

● 3+ years of hands-on experience in designing interiors (modular, residential projects)

● Hands on experience in managing a team (2+ years)

● 3+ experience in reviewing designs, team mentorship, escalation and client management

● Problem solver, and excellent at troubleshooting design issues for all stakeholders -

designers, clients and project teams

● Excellent interpersonal skills

● Proven ability in design + project management in interior design projects

● Managed and mentored design subordinates and peers

● Good working knowledge of modular interior projects
