About the role:
Seeking an experienced Design Manager to lead the Civil & Structural Design team. This role involves managing design projects and ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
Job description: Lead and manage the Civil & Structural Design team, Review and approve civil and structural design drawings, and Coordinate with architectural, MEP, project management teams.
Required Candidate profile: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering / Structural Engineering, Master's Degree in Structural Engineering will be an added advantage. Must-have: strong knowledge of RCC and structural steel design.

Must-have skills:
- Strong knowledge of RCC and structural steel design
- Good understanding of foundation design
- Knowledge of structural analysis and design software
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Strong knowledge of relevant IS Codes and NBC
Compulsory skills: strong knowledge of RCC and structural steel design, good understanding of foundation design
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Civil & Structural Design team
- Review and approve civil and structural design drawings
- Coordinate with architectural, MEP, project management teams
- Ensure designs are practical and cost-effective
- Monitor design deliverables
- Review structural analysis and design calculations
- Ensure compliance with applicable IS Codes and standards
- Mentor and develop junior and senior design engineers
