Design Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Design Manager to lead our design team and oversee all aspects of creative and conceptual design. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design principles, team management, and project execution, ensuring that all design deliverables align with brand objectives and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the design team, ensuring high-quality creative output and adherence to project timelines.

• Develop and execute design concepts, presentations, and layouts for various projects.

• Utilize AutoCAD for precise drafting and technical drawings.

• Lead Photoshop work for high-quality visual presentations and creative renderings.

• Create impactful PowerPoint presentations to convey design concepts effectively.

• Develop mood boards and apply color theory to enhance design aesthetics.

• Conduct sketching and visualization for initial design ideation.

• Plan and execute layout designs to optimize spatial arrangements.

• Oversee presentation drawings to effectively communicate design ideas.

• Provide creative direction and guidance to team members.

• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and other departments to ensure cohesive design implementation.

•Stay updated with industry trends and integrate new design methodologies.

Qualifications & Skills:( Exp.- 5-8 yrs)

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Architecture, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Design Lead or in a similar leadership role.

• Expertise in AutoCAD, Photoshop, PowerPoint, and other design tools.

• Strong creative designing and conceptualization skills.

• Ability to manage and mentor a design team effectively.

• Excellent understanding of color theory, mood boards, and layout principles.

• Strong sketching and visualization abilities.

• Proficient in creating detailed presentation drawings.

• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver high-quality results within deadlines.
