Design Manager

Job Description.:

. You need to understand the management of company operations and processes. You will need data analytics to monitor performance, identify insights, and enable data-driven in the company. You will be required to participate in the management of project processes and project timelines.

. Perform detailed scoping of the project by working closely with all functional leads - including the alignment of the workstream's outcome, responsibilities, task lists and timelines.

. Delegating on behalf of the manager.

. Weighting in on decision-making processes by presenting reasonable, fact-based points of view.

. Carrying out specific projects or tasks as instructed by the manager.

. To handle any related administrative tasks.

Requirements

. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).

. High level of interpersonal skills in handling sensitive and confidential situations and documents.

. Proven ability to manage flexible schedules.

. Minimum 3-years management executive work experience in Singapore.

. Diploma and Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Administrative Support are preferred.
