We're looking for a design lead who can turn complex ideas into clear, compelling visual stories. You could come from B2B, B2C, or a mix of both but must be excited about bringing strong visual thinking to enterprise tech.

What we're looking for:

• 6+ years in design (B2B, B2C, or both) with a strong portfolio of campaigns or brand work
• Ability to simplify complexity through design
• Strong sense of typography, layout, and visual systems
• Experience leading projects and junior designers
• Comfortable using AI tools as part of your creative process

What you'll do:

• Translate complex products and ideas into simple, engaging visual narratives
• Lead design across campaigns, brand systems, and key marketing assets
• Collaborate closely with writers and strategists to bring ideas to life
• Guide and elevate design quality across projects
