Location - Dwarka, Delhi

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Design Internship role based in Dwarka. The Design Intern will support the creation of visual assets for digital and print channels, including social media creatives, presentations, marketing collateral, and platform-related graphics. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with graphic design concepts, preparing drafts, refining layouts, and ensuring brand consistency across all materials. The intern will conduct basic research to understand design requirements, user preferences, and industry trends, and may help with simple CAD or architectural visualizations if needed. The role involves close collaboration with design, marketing, and product teams, contributing ideas in brainstorming sessions, and incorporating feedback to deliver high-quality design work within deadlines.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in visual design, including Graphic Design and Graphics skills, with an eye for layout, color, typography, and composition.
• Ability to conduct Research to understand user needs, design trends, and competitor visuals, and to translate insights into design concepts.
• Exposure to Architecture or spatial design principles, with interest in visualizing structures, layouts, or environments.
• Basic proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools or willingness to learn CAD for design visualization and drafting tasks.
• Familiarity with industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or similar) and a portfolio of academic or personal projects.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Design, Architecture, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills, openness to feedback, and ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.
• Good time management, attention to detail, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, global-focused organization.
