AjnaLens is looking for a UI/UX Designer Fresher/Intern to join our Design team at Thane (Maharashtra India).

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about user experience and interface design. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, experiment, and contribute to designing intuitive and engaging digital experiences across web, mobile, and emerging technologies like AR/VR.

This is a full-time role (or internship), focused on assisting in designing user-centric interfaces, improving usability, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life.

Top 3 Daily Tasks:

1. Assist in creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for web and mobile applications.

2. Collaborate with developers and product teams to translate ideas into intuitive user experiences.

3. Conduct basic user research and gather feedback to improve designs and usability.

Minimum Work Experience / Education Required:

• Fresher or currently pursuing/completed a degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field.
• Basic understanding of UI/UX principles, design thinking, and user-centered design.
• Portfolio showcasing academic, personal, or internship projects (mandatory).

Top 5 Skills You Should Possess:

1. Basic knowledge of design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
2. Understanding of UI/UX fundamentals such as wireframing, prototyping, and usability principles.
3. Creative thinking with a strong eye for detail and aesthetics.
4. Good communication skills and willingness to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
5. Eagerness to learn, take feedback, and continuously improve design skills.

What You'll Be Expected to Do:

• Assist in designing user interfaces for web, mobile, and immersive (AR/VR) applications.
• Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to communicate design ideas effectively.
• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for product improvements.
• Conduct basic usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.
