Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and versatile Design Intern who can contribute across UI/UX design, branding, social media creatives, and marketing content design. This is a hands-on opportunity to work directly with the founding team and help shape the visual identity and user experience of a fast-growing mental health startup.

What You'll Work OnUI/UX Design

• Design wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity screens for web and mobile platforms.
• Improve user journeys and overall user experience across TooHeal's products.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth implementation of designs.
• Conduct design research and benchmark industry best practices.

Branding & Visual Identity

• Help build and maintain TooHeal's brand identity across all touchpoints.
• Design brand assets, presentations, brochures, and promotional materials.
• Ensure consistency in colors, typography, illustrations, and visual language.

Social Media & Marketing Creatives

• Create engaging creatives for Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
• Design campaign visuals, banners, ads, and promotional content.
• Work closely with the marketing team to execute growth campaigns.
• Develop visual concepts that communicate mental health topics effectively.

Content & Creative Design

• Convert ideas, blogs, and educational content into visually appealing graphics.
• Create infographics, carousels, illustrations, and storytelling-based content.
• Assist in video thumbnails, presentation decks, and other content assets.

Requirements

• Familiarity with Figma and modern design tools.
• Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and design thinking.
• Strong visual design skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to create both product designs and marketing creatives.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your work (academic, freelance, or personal projects).
