Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Design Head Retail Interior to lead concept development, technical detailing, and execution strategy for high-quality retail interior projects. The candidate should have strong leadership ability, creative vision, and practical execution knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end retail interior design projects from concept to final execution
- Develop innovative store concepts for retail, garment, and commercial spaces
- Supervise design team for layouts, working drawings, 3D views, and detailing
- Review client briefs and convert ideas into practical design solutions
- Coordinate with production, project, procurement, and site teams
- Approve BOQ, material specifications, and design standards
- Conduct client presentations and design reviews
- Ensure timely project delivery with quality control
- Visit project sites for design supervision and problem-solving
Required Skills
- Advanced command of AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Adobe Photoshop
- Strong retail detailing and production knowledge
- Leadership and team management capability
- Client handling and presentation excellence
- Strong technical understanding of materials, finishes, and fabrication
Preferred Background
- Experience in retail fit-outs, garment showroom interiors, or commercial interior execution
- Ability to manage multiple live projects simultaneously
