Design Head Living Timeless

We are looking for a Design Head who can lead the complete design function across modular kitchens, wardrobes and interior projects—from customer requirement to production-ready execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the interior design team across all showrooms.
• Own design quality, functionality, aesthetics and customer experience.
• Ensure every design is factory-ready and execution-ready, with accurate measurements, materials, hardware and specifications.
• Work closely with Sales, Project Management and Factory teams to eliminate design-to-production gaps.
• Create design standards, templates, checklists and approval systems across projects.
• Review layouts, elevations, BOQs and technical drawings before production.
• Improve designer productivity, turnaround time and conversion rates.
• Guide customers toward solutions that balance design, budget, margins and manufacturability.
• Build standardized kitchen, wardrobe and storage solutions that can be repeatedly produced at scale.
• Track design errors, revisions, production issues and customer snags and continuously improve the system.

What We're Looking For

• Strong experience in modular kitchens, wardrobes or residential interiors.
• Excellent understanding of materials, hardware, measurements and modular manufacturing.
• Ability to lead designers while remaining hands-on with important projects.
• Commercial mindset—not just creative design thinking.
• Strong coordination with factory and execution teams.
• Comfortable working in a fast-growing, process-driven organization.
