Role Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic Freshers who are interested in building a career in the Solar PV design and renewable energy sector. You will be trained to design rooftop and ground-mounted solar systems, prepare layouts and electrical drawings, and support project execution and performance monitoring. This is a great opportunity to learn, grow, and work on live solar projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in designing rooftop and ground-mounted solar PV systems.

  • Learn and use tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, PVsyst, SolarLabs.
  • Support system sizing and energy generation calculations.
  • Prepare SLDs, layouts, and wiring diagrams.
  • Help create Bills of Materials (BOM).
  • Coordinate with Sales and Execution teams for technical support.
  • Monitor plant performance and assist O&M teams.
  • Learn industry standards and best practices in solar design.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Renewable, or Energy Engineering.
  • Freshers are welcome (0–1 year experience).
  • Basic knowledge of solar PV systems is a plus.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar tools preferred.
  • Good learning attitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and communicate well.
