Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead architectural design efforts for complex engineering projects, ensuring compliance with client requirements and regulatory standards.
  • Develop detailed 2D and 3D designs using CAD, Revit, and other industry-standard design tools.
  • Collaborate with engineers and project managers to integrate architectural design with structural, mechanical, and electrical elements.
  • Conduct feasibility studies, site inspections, and risk assessments to ensure the design's practicality and safety.
  • Oversee BIM modeling processes, ensuring accuracy and consistency throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Review and approve technical drawings, models, and specifications, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, tracking progress and mitigating design-related issues.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, materials, construction techniques, and technology advancements to enhance design quality and innovation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Civil, or Structural Engineering
  • 5+ years of experience in architectural design within engineering or construction firms
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, or similar software
  • Strong knowledge of local and international building codes and safety standards
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
