Role OverviewWe are hiring a Design Engineer with 2–3 years of experience in mechanical/machine design. The role focuses on New Product Development (NPD) along with ongoing design support and coordination with software teams for AI-based design tools.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop new machines/products (NPD focus)
- Create 3D models and assemblies using Fusion 360 / Autodesk
- Prepare drawings, BOM, and ensure proper tolerances & fit
- Improve existing designs for performance and cost
- Coordinate with software team (Python/AI tools) for design automation
- Support assembly and resolve design-related issues
Requirements- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
- 2–3 years of experience in mechanical/machine design
- Strong CAD skills (Fusion 360 / Autodesk)
- Experience in assembly design and BOM
- Basic understanding of material selection and tolerances
- Exposure to CNC/machine components preferred
- Open to learning AI/Python-based design tools
