Knowledge/Skills, Education, And Experience
- B.E/B.Tech/Diploma with 3 to 6 years of relevant engineering experience
- Extensive practical experience in utilizing Siemens NX and Teamcenter for complex modeling tasks
- Proficiency in generating detailed manufacturing drawings with GD&T in accordance with ISO standards
- Familiarity with Welding symbols
- Strong team player capable of supporting and collaborating with a global team
- Ability to work autonomously with a clear understanding of roles and responsibilities
- Proficient in managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines
- Highly adaptable to new tasks and responsibilities
- Understanding of turbo machineries and their components would be advantageous
Responsibilities
- Comprehending project requirements and effectively coordinating with the Global team
- Skillfully interpreting various relevant international codes and standards, as well as internal customer standards
- Applying this knowledge to the detailed design of compressor components
- Creating detailed Models and Drawings using Siemens NX integrated with Teamcenter
- Managing engineering Bill of Materials using Siemens NX and Teamcenter
- Conducting thorough self-reviews and peer reviews, as well as leading design reviews
- Providing technical assistance to colleagues
- Ensuring the quality and timely delivery of engineering documentation, Lessons Learned, and Best Practices
- Troubleshooting, analyzing failures, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions
- Training and assisting colleagues in compressor modeling and detailing according to Customer's standards
