Job Responsibilities:
- Develop BIW welding fixture 2D / 3D finish / concepts based on customer requirements
- Create concept layouts and 3D models using CATIA V5 / NX / Fides
- Prepare feasibility studies and fixture design concepts
- Coordinate with design, manufacturing, and project teams
- Ensure designs comply with automotive standards and GD&T principles
Required Skills:
- Experience in BIW Fixture 2D / 3D / Concept Design
- Proficiency in CATIA V5 / NX / Fides
- Knowledge of welding fixtures, tooling, clamps, locators, and automotive manufacturing
- Understanding of GD&T and tolerance stack-up
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
