Location - Delhi
JD for Mechanical Design Department.
1. Apply mechanics, strength of materials, thermal and vibration analysis to optimize the package wt, size and temp rise of the coils.
2. Conversant with formulae and mechanical and thermal properties of metals and plastics.
3. Use CAD system or other appropriate computer programs for producing design drawings and outlines as appropriate.
4. Produce accurate detailed design drawings and outlines of standard oil type designs.
5. Generate Bills of Material (BOM) for all material and accessories needed in a Mechanical design package.
6. Oversee the work of other and train junior mechanical engineers and technicians.
7. Review and check designs produced by other mechanical designers for conformance to specifications.
8. Complete design activities in accordance with schedule requirements as assigned by the supervisor.
9. Satisfy all work performance and attendance requirements.
10. Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
11.Experience in Transformers or Power Transformers.
12. Education bachelor's degree/Diploma in Mechanical engineering Experience 2 to 12 yrs. of Relevant experience in transformer Mechanical Design or other power-related products preferred.Virginia-Georgia Transformer – Powering the Future with Innovation
