Key Responsibilities:
A) Engineering design & verification
- Execute structural design and verification calculations for telecom structures, including upgrade assessments for existing towers/structures.
- Evaluate loading scenarios (e.g., antenna/equipment additions, wind and other relevant actions) and confirm structural adequacy.
- Prepare clear calculation packages and technical justifications aligned with internal quality expectations and project needs.
- Support foundation-related engineering work including foundation grillage design (analysis, design support, detailing coordination).
E) Collaboration & project delivery
- Work closely with the French engineering team and wider EMEA stakeholders to align technical intent, design outputs, and timelines.
- Communicate progress, risks, and technical decisions clearly in English (and French where possible).
- Deliver multiple work packages concurrently while maintaining accuracy under time pressure.
Essential - Knowledge of EN 1991 and EN 1993 (Eurocodes), particularly as applied to structural loading and steel structure design.

Required qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Mechanical/Civil Engineering, Structural or similar.
- Essential Design Software's - Staad Pro
- Essential: CAD skills in AutoCAD
- Essential Experience performing structural calculations and producing design substantiation packages.
- Essential Proven ability to work effectively to tight deadlines in a high-pressure environment
