We are looking for bright and passionate candidate for the position of Design Engineer – Fender & Rear Gate Design Engineer, with experience in:

Experience: 3 to 8 Years

Job Summary

Fender & Rear Gate Design Engineer to support the styling, feasibility, and engineering development of exterior BIW and closure parts. The role involves style requirement checks, regulation compliance, formability evaluation, and 3D modeling using CATIA V5.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform style feasibility checks, ensuring alignment with design intent and engineering constraints

• Conduct regulation compliance reviews (pedestrian safety, rear impact guidelines, etc.)

• Execute feasibility and formability studies for BIW stamping parts (Fender / Rear Gate)

• Create and update 3D CAD models and surfaces in CATIA V5

• Prepare engineering proposals, master sections, and packaging studies and Participate in CFT

Required Skills

• Strong CATIA V5 (Part/Assembly/GSD) skills

• Knowledge of BIW manufacturing processes, stamping feasibility & formability

• Understanding of regulatory requirements for exterior body parts

• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
