We at Sweco looking for an a Low Voltage Design Engineer for Railway projects, The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing and leading the full design process for Electrical Low Voltage Design for Swedish or other European projects.
Experience Required- 3-5 Year
Location- Bangalore
Qualifications
- Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering
Responsibilities
- Develop low voltage electrical design for rail infrastructure and station related systems.
- Prepare technical documents, engineering drawings and design calculations.
- Perform calculation related to short circuit, protection coordinate, cable sizing, voltage drop, lighting and other LV systems.
- Design power supply distribution, backup arrangements, load calculations, and heating circuit drawings.
- Coordinate with civil, signaling, electrical and project management teams to ensure integrated design delivery.
- Ensure compliance with Swedish, European and railway specific standards and requirements.
- Demonstrate strong understanding of earthing and bolding principal in low voltage design.
- Participate in design reviews, technical meetings and coordination discussions as required.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting during design development and project execution.
- International experience would be proffered.
