We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Structural Design Engineer to join our team in Mumbai. If you have a strong foundation in structural engineering, hands-on experience with industry-standard tools, and a drive to grow — this role is for you.
About the Role
You will be responsible for structural design, analysis, and project coordination across assigned projects, working closely with senior engineers and drafting teams to deliver accurate and compliant engineering solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform structural design, analysis, and load calculations for assigned projects in accordance with applicable codes and standards
- Prepare and review design documentation and structural drawings
- Coordinate with drafting teams on the preparation and checking of drawings and 3D models
- Utilize STAAD Pro, AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks in day-to-day project work
- Apply IS Codes and relevant standards to ensure full design compliance
- Assist in the design and detailing of secondary steel structures
- Support senior engineers in project execution, technical discussions, and problem-solving
- Participate in project coordination meetings and communicate technical inputs clearly.
Skills Required
- Proficiency in STAAD Pro (mandatory)
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks
- Strong understanding of structural engineering fundamentals
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Self-motivated with a proactive and continuous learning mindset.
Qualifications & Experience
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory)
- M.Tech in Structural Engineering (preferred)
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in structural design and analysis
Location: Goregaon, Mumbai.
Compensation: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month, commensurate with experience and skills
