Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Design Engineer role based in Coimbatore. The Design Engineer will be responsible for conceptualizing and developing mechanical and electro-mechanical components for solar panel cleaning robots, with a focus on reliability, manufacturability, and cost effectiveness. Day-to-day tasks include creating and updating detailed CAD models and drawings, performing basic engineering calculations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to refine product requirements. The role involves building and testing prototypes, analyzing test data, and iterating designs to meet performance and safety standards. The Design Engineer will also support documentation, work closely with manufacturing and suppliers, and contribute to continuous improvement and innovation within the product portfolio.
A prior work experience in Solar Panel Cleaning Robots design / engineering is a must.
