Design and detailing of progressive tools, compund tools,Blanking tools, Bending tools, forming tools, andother type of tools.
Design and review strip layout, Ensurring design feasibility and functionality. conduct design reviews and feasibility studies to validate tool designs.
Oversee the repair and maintenance,improvement of existing tools to enhance performance and durebality.
manage tool trails to ensure they meet required specifications and standards.
Ensure designs ar well- detailed and documented in 3D and 2 D formats in design software.
Applyknowledge of fits /Tolerance and GD T( Geometrical Dimentioning tolerance to ensure precise tool fabrication and assembly.
Stay updated with latest advancement in press machines, VMC, Wire cut nd EDM machines..
Proficiency in Press tool design, Software expertise in autocad, solidworks.
