We are seeking a motivated Design Engineer to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating innovative designs and solutions for our products, ensuring they meet both customer needs and industry standards. This role is suitable for candidates with 0-3 years of experience in engineering design.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop innovative products and components based on project requirements.
- Create detailed engineering drawings and specifications using CAD software.
- Conduct feasibility studies and simulations to validate design concepts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality assurance, and project management.
- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout the design process.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Product Design, or a related field.
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or CATIA.
- Strong understanding of materials and manufacturing processes.
- Familiarity with design validation tools and techniques.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
