Qualifications:
- B.E/ B.Tech/ Diploma in Mechanical/ Civil
- Proficiency in Auto CAD and MS Office.
Experience:
- 2 - 10 Years of experience in PHE/ Fire Design.
- Experience in Residential/ Commercial/ Industrial projects.
Functional Skills Requirements:
- Design Skills Requirements collection, Preparation of Load Estimate, Design basis report, Space Planning
- Drawing Skills 2D drawings, schematic / single line drawings, detailed sections/
Elevations as applicable.
- Documentation Preparation of Material Take of Sheets, Bill of Quantities, Technical specifications, Budgetary estimates, Quantity take off sheets and Supporting documents.
- Project Execution Responding to RFIs, Quality Reports, Material and drawing approvals
- Responsible for the project from the design stage to execution and completion of the project at site.
- Monitoring the progress of work at site and reporting the same to the management and client as required.
