Position: Engineer PHE (Design Team)
Exp : 5+ Years
Qualifications & Experience:
- B.E. in Civil or Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the real estate sector.
- Proven experience working on large-scale residential projects such as apartments, villas, and plotted developments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and understand Design Basis Reports prepared by external consultants and suggest suitable alternatives for project optimization.
- Check PHE service drawings and provide appropriate technical comments and corrections.
- Study consultant drawings and propose value additions in terms of concepts, materials, and cost efficiency.
- Coordinate effectively with Architectural, Structural, Interior, and Landscape consultants.
- Visit project sites to verify design compliance and resolve service-related clashes.
- Ensure seamless coordination between design intent and site execution.
Software Skills:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel.
