Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Service Manager based in Gurugram. The Sales Service Manager will oversee customer service strategies, ensure client satisfaction, and manage customer-related operational processes. Responsibilities include cultivating strong client relationships, analyzing service metrics, developing improvement plans, and collaborating with internal teams to align sales and service goals. The candidate will also ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards while driving operational excellence.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering (master's preferred).

Formal training or certification in Hydraulics / Fluid Power is desirable.

13–16 years of experience in hydraulic system design and application.

3–5 years of experience in a technical leadership or managerial role

Experience in product-based or project-driven engineering environments.

Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems, circuits, and components.

Experience with hydraulic power packs, valves, pumps, actuators, and accessories.

Proficiency in CAD tools and hydraulic simulation software.

Understanding of international hydraulic standards and safety requirements
