Design Engineer

To create detailed Machining, Sheetmetal, Casting & Fabrication dwg's in 2d & 3D Software

Good Hands on 3d Cad software preferably SolidWorks (Part, Sheetmetal, Assembly & BOM )

Able to read Pneumatic, Hydraulic Circuits, P &ID

To perform basic Engineering calculations for selection of Machine Elements e.g.

Bearings/Motors/Pneumatic Cylinders/Gearbox etc.

To communicate with internal & external cross functional teams to resolve design queries

To create checklist for design release for new products

To create Assembly Procedures for complete machines

To create Quality Check points for critical manufacturing parts at different stages

To perform VAVE on existing products

Organized professional to maintain the design documentation as per the set protocol
