What YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

  • Creating and verifying technical drawings starting from project
  • Design for Manufacturing, align with plant capabilities
  • Participates at initial meeting projects
  • Maintain contact with internal and external collaborators
  • Technical Support to Sales Team & Involve in technical clarification / customer discussion
  • Coordinate, organize and supervise the activities for orders loged under Engineering
  • Performs general administrative and clerical duties
  • Responsible for planning, executing and reporting the complete design of special products (BOM, technical for approval/execution drawings, assembly instructions) of the assigned projects according to timelines and budgets established
  • Proper communication within the team, with project leaders and accurate reports to them
  • ECN Tracker update based on customer changes or Internal process changes
  • Ensuring all customer requirement as per offer sheet in GAD and recording in checklist before release for manufacturing with proper verification
  • Identifying external process / Special process activities in customer requirement and floating requirement to respective team
  • Item Creation & Long Lead Time Items in SAP
  • Supporting RFQ Team for Estimation of customised orders.

You have:

  • Technical University graduate (TCM, Mechanics, Mecatronics, etc.)
  • Good knowledges of SolidWorks and AutoCAD, ther parametric CAD Software represent an advantage (Catia, Inventor, ProE, SolidEdge)
  • ERP System knowledge (optional)
  • English level at least Medium level and proficient user of Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to undestand technical drawings, to analize the best process and to estimate cost, work to deadlines and orientation towards problem-solving
  • Attention to details and commitment to quality and results
  • Able to communicate effectively with people from production, sales and back office levels.
  • To be an dedicated and organized person, eager to learn and improve continuously.
