Job Description

Skills and Job Description:

Hydraulics domain knowledge is must.
Design and development of hydraulic products - Mobile control valves and Joystick for Mobile hydraulics applications
Good understanding of various control system and selection to the requirements & applications
Configuration of the Control Valve for the requirements & applications
Working knowledge in Ratio Projects: Cost reduction, weight reduction analysis and implementation
Good knowledge in
- Problem solving methods and solutioning.
- Design and manufacturing of castings, forgings and machining process for hydraulic products
- Design of Spools for Control valves
- GD&T, tolerance Stack up
Ability to independently deliver CAD models, manufacturing drawings according to ASME/ISO-GPS standards
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Added advantage: -Knowledge of injection molding parts and connector selection

Tools required:

Creo, Windchill PDM, SAP and AutoCAD

B.E./B.Tech(Mechanical)
