Skills and Job Description:
- Hydraulics domain knowledge is must.
- Design and development of hydraulic products Mobile control valves and Joystick for Mobile hydraulics applications
- Good understanding of various control system and selection to the requirements & applications
- Configuration of the Control Valve for the requirements & applications
- Working knowledge in Ratio Projects: Cost reduction, weight reduction analysis and implementation
- Good knowledge in
- Problem solving methods and solutioning.
- Design and manufacturing of castings, forgings and machining process for hydraulic products
- Design of Spools for Control valves
- GD&T, tolerance Stack up
- Ability to independently deliver CAD models, manufacturing drawings according to ASME/ISO-GPS standards
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Added advantage: -Knowledge of injection molding parts and connector selection
Tools required:
- Creo, Windchill PDM, SAP and AutoCAD
