Based out of Jodhpur, we deliver advanced engineering solutions worldwide. We are looking for an experienced engineering professional to lead our design and manufacturing engineering initiatives.
Role Overview
As a Design Engineer, you will lead the end-to-end mechanical design, structural fabrication blueprints, and fluid power architecture for complex industrial surface preparation systems. This role demands master-level execution in heavy sheet metal fabrication and industrial fluid dynamics.
Key Responsibilities
•Equipment Architecture: Lead 3D modelling and 2D drafting for heavy industrial machinery, explicitly focusing on blast rooms, dust collectors, and shot blasting plants.
•Fluid Power Engineering: Design, simulate, and size advanced hydraulic and pneumatic circuits (valves, cylinders, pumps, manifolds, and piping layouts).
•Fabrication Release: Generate highly precise production blueprints, structural layouts, sheet metal developments, and structured Bills of Materials (BOM).
•DFM Integration: Apply Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) rules to optimize welding processes and structural integrity.
•Shop-Floor Support: Troubleshoot mechanical, alignment, or hydraulic issues during prototyping, assembly, and final testing.
What We Are Looking For
•Experience: 5 to 10 years of hardcore design experience in heavy machinery manufacturing or industrial surface preparation sectors.
•Technical Mastery: Proven track record of successfully designing blast rooms, shot blasting systems, and dust collection setups.
•Fluid Power Expertise: Expert-level knowledge of industrial hydraulics and pneumatics (schematic design, component selection, and pressure calculations).
•Software Competency: High proficiency in modern 3D parametric CAD suites (SolidWorks, Creo, or Autodesk Inventor) and 2D AutoCAD.
•Standards: Strong understanding of heavy steel fabrication, industrial welding codes, and GD&T principles.
Compensation & Logistics
•CTC: Fixed 1,00,000 per month (12 Lakhs Per Annum).
•Work Location: Head Office – Jodhpur, Rajasthan (Candidates must be ready to relocate to Jodhpur immediately)
