MEP Design Engineer (817 Years Experience)

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced MEP Design Engineer with 817 years of hands-on experience in designing and coordinating building services for Residential, Commercial, and Hospitality projects. Candidates with exposure to high-end luxury developments will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed MEP designs (HVAC / Electrical / ELV / Plumbing & Fire Fighting as applicable).
- Coordinate design inputs across disciplines to ensure fully integrated MEP solutions.
- Review drawings, specifications, and technical submittals for accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
- Work closely with architects, structural engineers, and project teams to resolve design issues.
- Ensure designs meet relevant codes, standards, and client expectations.
- Participate in design reviews, value engineering exercises, and technical meetings.
- Support site teams during project execution when required.
Requirements:
- 817 years of experience in MEP design and coordination.
- Strong background in Residential, Commercial, and Hospitality projects; luxury project experience preferred.
- Proficiency in relevant design software (AutoCAD, Revit, discipline-specific tools).
- Solid understanding of local and international codes/standards.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
