An interest in environmental topics and the sustainability of our electrical grid are a must.
Your role and responsibilities:
You will be involved in
New product development design
conceptualization, detail Design (3D Modelling, Drafting, BOM creation, Quality test protocols, Tolerance analysis, GD&T), Creating design data in ERP system.
Hands on Prototype building and its in-house mechanical and electrical functionality testing according to standards and Verification and Validation plans.
Prepare Assembly drawings and Work instructions of sub-assemblies and assemblies.
Failure mode analysis of newly released design feature and its documentation.
Continual improvement of the design by analyzing the cause and effects of the problem
Dynamics and kinematics of Complex mechanical systems
External Type testing
Hands on - To be able to build the complex mechanical assemblies and understand its function and involve in the actual root cause analysis of the problem.
You will prepare the technical documentation of the product which includes engineering CAD data, design specifications, bill of material, quality specifications, assembly instructions as mentioned above along with cost calculations, supplier selection and issue management.
Understand technical and commercial requirements for new products and translate them into design development specifications. Apply your knowledge of industry standards and manufacturing processes to conceptualize.
