ROLES & RESPONSISBILITIES:
- The candidate should have foundational knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and hands-on experience with CAD software.
- This role will support senior engineers in creating, modifying, and managing design data for our next-generation diesel engines.
- Create and modify 3D models and 2D drawings of diesel engine components and systems using CREO. Develop and update Bill of Materials (BOM) and component lists.
- Manage and control engineering data, including part files and drawings, within the Windchill PLM system.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to ensure design specifications meet performance, cost, and manufacturing requirements.
- Perform basic design calculations and tolerance stack-up analysis.
- Assist in preparing design reviews and technical reports.
- The Candidate should have following skill set: 1. CAD Modeling, 2. Data Management, 3. Design Support, 4. Manufacturing Support
- Candidate should have experience in Base engine design and development of diesel engine
- Candidate should experience in 3D modelling in Creo. Expertise in Auto cad would be an added advantage.
- Candidate should have basic understanding of engine components and its functionality.
- Experience of windchill/plm would be an added advantage

Education: Diploma / BE Mechanical/ Automobile
