We are seeking a skilled Design & Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 10-18 years of experience in design engineering, responsible for creating innovative solutions and improving product designs.
Responsibilities
- Design innovative products and solutions based on client requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and project timelines.
- Conduct research and analysis to improve existing designs and processes.
- Create detailed design specifications and documentation.
- Utilize CAD software for creating and modifying design layouts and drawings.
- Perform testing and quality assurance on new designs to meet industry standards.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and designers.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar).
- Strong understanding of engineering principles and design methodologies.
- Experience with product lifecycle management (PLM) tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate ideas clearly.
