  • Review vendor information and engineering deliverables to ensure technical alignment with project and customer requirements.
  • Perform design reviews and self-checks to maintain quality, accuracy, compliance, and engineering effectiveness.
  • Contribute to standardization, knowledge sharing, design automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Take ownership of assigned work and deliver commitments safely, ethically, and on schedule while identifying opportunities to create long-term value.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Instrumentation Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant engineering experience in Instrumentation & Controls.
  • Demonstrated understanding of P&IDs, instrument installation, control loops, wiring, termination, cable routing, and panel drawings.
  • Working proficiency and hands-on experience with AutoCAD Electrical and SmartPlant P&ID within the Instrumentation domain.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary and international teams.

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Experience in Instrumentation & Controls design or drafting within oil & gas, refinery, petrochemical, chemical, power, industrial automation, process plants, EPC, combustion systems, machine building, packaged equipment, or similar industries.
  • Knowledge of cable routing, conduit systems, and applicable engineering standards.
  • Experience preparing material take-offs for instrument hook-ups, cables, cable trays, conduits, and fittings.
  • Experience developing PLC/control-panel general arrangements, wiring, and termination drawings.
  • Experience working with engineering consultants or EPC organizations.
