Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Design Engineer with Electric Vehicle (EV) experience who can contribute to EV system design, development, and implementation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in EV components, battery systems, and vehicle integration.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop EV lab workbenches and battery pack assembly tables.
- Work on CAD modeling and simulations using tools like CATIA / SolidWorks / AutoCAD/ Creo.
- Prepare detailed design drawings, technical documentation, and BOM.
- Conduct testing, validation, and performance analysis of EV systems.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for prototype development.
- Ensure compliance with automotive standards and safety norms.
- Support R&D and innovation projects in EV domain.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- B.Tech / M.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Automotive Engineering.
- 1–4 years of relevant experience in Electric Vehicle Design.
- Strong knowledge of:
EV Architecture
Battery Pack Design & BMS
Motor & Controller Integration
Vehicle Dynamics (preferred)
- Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks / CATIA / AutoCAD / Creo).
- Basic understanding of simulation tools (ANSYS preferred).
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
