We are looking for a highly motivated Design Engineer with expertise in motor control systems, embedded software development, and electronics design. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing, optimizing, and validating BLDC/PMSM motor control solutions for next-generation appliances and products.
Responsibilities
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement effective solutions backed by data.
- Optimize motor performance through BLDC motor tuning and noise reduction techniques.
- Develop and enhance embedded software for electronic controllers.
- Utilize simulation tools to support product design and validation activities.
- Design, develop, test, and debug embedded systems and motor control applications.
- Create and maintain design documentation, including:
- Software Requirement Specifications (SRS)
- Module Bench Test Plans
- Integration Test Plans
- Process Documentation
- Manage project activities and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution.
- Support product validation and troubleshooting during development and production stages.
Required Technical Skills
Embedded Systems & Programming
- Strong proficiency in Embedded C programming.
- Good understanding of microcontrollers and their peripherals.
- Experience in embedded firmware development.
Motor Control
- Sound knowledge of BLDC and PMSM motor control systems.
- Understanding of motor driver design and functionality.
- Experience in motor tuning and performance optimization.
Communication Protocols
- Working knowledge of serial communication protocols such as UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, etc.
Hardware & Electronics
- Strong understanding of electronic hardware and device-level programming.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot electronic circuits and control systems.
Tools & Equipment
Software Tools
- Embedded development IDEs and debugging tools.
- Simulation and design software.
Hardware Tools
- Oscilloscope handling.
- Multimeter and other electronic test instruments.
