- Design Delivery – Produce accurate and timely CAD models and drawings for turbine projects; measured by adherence to project schedules and drawing release timelines.

Education Qualification
- B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Technical Competence & Skills
- Strong proficiency in 3D CAD tools with primary expertise in Siemens NX, along with SolidWorks and AutoCAD, applied extensively in power plant and turbine auxiliary systems design.
- Comprehensive knowledge of sheet metal design, welding practices, machining processes, and fabrication‑oriented modeling for turbine intake systems, ducting, silencers, skids, and structural components.
- Solid understanding of structural design principles and resistance of materials, applied in pipe support design, skid frames, and sheet metal structures in compliance with ASME, AISC, and EN standards.
- Practical exposure to commercial and cost aspects of design, including value engineering, modularization, fabrication cost reduction, and schedule‑driven EPC execution.
- Specialized experience in turbine auxiliary and pneumatic‑based intake and filtration systems, including airflow management, pressure drop optimization, and equipment integration.
- Strong command of technical drafting standards, covering:

- General Arrangements (GA)
- Assemblies
- Detailed fabrication and manufacturing drawings ensuring accuracy, clarity, and manufacturability.
- Fluent in English for technical documentation, design reviews, and global project coordination.

- Independent Ownership – Capable of handling complex piping and mechanical design for Gas Turbine Systems (GTS) projects with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong accountability and initiative.
- Technical Integrity – Ensures all designs strictly comply with engineering standards, OEM guidelines, customer specifications, and company quality policies.
- Time & Budget Discipline – Consistently delivers design packages within defined schedules and cost constraints, supporting EPC milestones and fabrication planning.
- Quality Influence – Sets and maintains high benchmarks for CAD model accuracy, drawing consistency, and clash‑free 3D layouts, positively influencing team deliverables and downstream disciplines.
Relevant Experience
- Over 7 years of progressive experience in mechanical, piping, and sheet metal design across Power Generation, Gas & Steam Turbine Systems, EPC projects, and Marine applications.
- Extensive hands‑on experience in the design and detailing of turbine packages, auxiliary systems, and industrial equipment, with strong emphasis on manufacturability and site execution.
- Advanced proficiency in 2D/3D CAD and PLM tools, particularly Siemens NX and Teamcenter, applied throughout the career for layout engineering, product development, and manufacturing‑ready deliverables.
- Proven ability to independently execute piping and plant layout design for Gas Turbine Systems (GTS) projects in Power Generation, with minimal supervision and effective OEM coordination.
- Strong track record of delivering manufacturing‑aligned drawings fully compliant with engineering standards, customer specifications, and internal quality systems, while consistently meeting time and budget targets.
- Actively participates in organizational initiatives, including eco‑challenge and sustainability programs, as well as annual corporate events, demonstrating engagement beyond core project responsibilities.
