The Role

You'll be our first AI-native website builder—turning designs into pixel-perfect pages, maintaining our global web presence, and prototyping the future of B2B websites. You won't be building static corporate brochures. You'll ship landing pages that convert, experiment with AI-driven personalization, and help FlytBase's web presence keep pace with our category-leading drone autonomy platform. This is a maker role for someone who's already shipping with AI coding tools but wants to grow into a senior web builder under strong mentorship. You'll execute fast, own quality, and learn systems thinking from our Website Builder Lead while building the foundation for a senior web engineering career.

What You'll Own

• Landing page builds from design to deployment using our component library and design system

• Website maintenance pipeline—content updates, localization rollouts, bug fixes across devices

• AEO/SEO hygiene execution—llm.txt, schema markup, page speed optimization, sitemap management

• AI experiment prototyping—personalized pages, dynamic content, LLM-powered features under Lead direction

• QA and deployment checklists so nothing ships broken to our Fortune 500 prospects

• Cross-device testing and browser compatibility for global B2B audience

• Component library contributions and documentation as patterns emerge

• Website analytics implementation and tracking setup

• Content management workflows for marketing team velocity

Best Suited For

• AI coding fluency with Lovable, Cursor, v0, Bolt, or Claude Code—you're already shipping with these tools

• React/Next.js foundations OR Webflow/Framer experience from projects, internships, or first job

• HTML/CSS fundamentals and Git workflow knowledge

• Eye for detail—you catch 1px misalignments and inconsistent spacing

• Personal projects or portfolio that shows you build things, not just follow tutorials

• Comfort learning in public and iterating based on feedback

• SEO awareness or willingness to learn technical SEO implementation

• Experience with design-to-code workflows, even if basic
