Requirements
- Proficient inCADmodelling for engine subsystems, including After Treatment Systems (ATS), breather subsystems, exhaustmanifolds, hoses, and tailpipe brackets.
- Experienced in prototype development, fitment trials, and preparing casting models for engine components.
- Skilled in creating concept designs, layouts, detailed 3D models, and 2D drawings with GeometricDimensioning& Tolerancing(GD& T).
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with manufacturing, quality assurance, and supplier teams to ensure smooth part development and integration.
- Proficient in preparingassembly, sub-assembly, and general arrangement (GAdrawings for production.
- Competent in preparingtechnicaldocumentation such as DFMEA, technical specifications, and EBOMs.
- Basic experience in structural analysis of sheet metal brackets.
