Job Responsibilities
Make and validate design concepts, should be expert in New product development.
Should be expert in Sheetmetal parts and products development.
Should be expert in SolidWorks, Modelling, Detailing, Assy, Sheetmetal, Tubing Routing
Must have knowledge of manufacturing of sheet metal parts, appliances assembly process.
Responsible for costing, feasibility evaluation execution.
Lead a team of engineers to adhere with the project scope and plan., should have excellent communication skills, ability to handle USA customers and India Team
Ensure full utilization of allocated resources.
Lead process improvements and drive the cost reduction process.
Lead design reviews to improve product performance process.
Co-ordination with customers and supplier.
Meet project timelines and quality of deliverable.
Knowledge of manufacturing / production / assembly processes would be a plus.
Desired Skill Set
Education BE preferred, Diploma with sound knowledge in Design could be considered.
5+ years of experience with Commercial Kitchen Appliances, HVAC, Ovens, Grills, commercial RefrigeratorFreezer, Visi Coolers, Soda Dispensers, product experience preferred.
Candidate should be sound communication skills, able to work with onsite Engineer and customer front ending.
Candidate expertise in sheet metal, medium plastic knowledge preferred.
Hands on experience in part modelling, Tubing routing module, preferred.
